Daycare

Your dog will enjoy up to six hours of play with other well-trained and friendly dogs under active supervision in our six thousand square-foot outdoor exercise area.  Less social dogs will enjoy one-on-one play sessions with one of our staff.  A midday nap allows everyone's batteries to recharge and insure that your dog gets the most out of his playtimes.  Additional bathroom breaks are provided as needed.  Meals and/or medication will be administered on request at no charge.  On-leash walks down tree-lined streets, training sessions and grooming services are also available.

Enrollment is limited and pre-payment is required. Tuition packages expire after two months.

Overnight Boarding

In addition to full service daycare, See Spot Run offers quiet and comfortable overnight accommodations to Chicagoland canines. Your dog will be lulled to sleep by soft classical music after a day of fun and exercise in our 6000 square-foot play yard.

See Spot Run stands out among Chicago's dog boarding facilities in that both of its owners, Anne Diaz and Ruth Crisler , work full-time year-round, personally attending the pets in their care, and personally supervising the kennel area, play yard and staff every day. With their thirty-plus years combined professional experience in animal care, Anne and Ruth provide a level of knowledge, safety and experience you will not find anywhere else. See Spot Run also employs a permanent staff of career pet care professionals, each one with years of experience and dedication to their field.

At See Spot Run, everyone knows your dog's name, as well as his history, favorite playmates and other preferences and idiosyncrasies.

And in order to insure that you are able to sleep as soundly as your dog while he's with us, owner and head trainer Ruth Crisler lives on premises, providing 24-hour awareness of your dog's needs.

Grooming services are also available, and are provided by owner and groomer Anne Diaz.

"Ruth has taught us how to communicate with our dog, which is the most important lesson any trainer can teach...If you think your dog is incapable of being trained then you haven't met Ruth!"
